On 29 October 1998 the company was incorporated with Mr. Chua Wilson as the managing director and Ms Tan Leng Lee as the Executive Director Main core business is pest control and we are registered under the Ministry of Finance.

Operations of Stayfresh first started in Malacca and have now expanded into Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Seremban, Nilai, Bangi, Sungai Besi, Puchong & Petaling Jaya
Business growth is steady with increase in profits on Capital Employed and Turnover and the premise for the operations is in a double storey shoplot at 666C and 666C/1 Jalan Bukit Melaka 1/2, Taman Bukit Melaka, Bukit Beruang, Postcode 75450, Melaka
Stayfresh started the company with 7 staff, two vans and 5 saloon cars and at 1st March 2005 there are 20 technicians in production and services, 3 in sales, 6 in Administration, 3 in management and 1 Financial Advisor, 4 cars and 10 vans
Begining April 2005, Stayfresh has established a service branch in Johor Bahru and targeting the whole of Malaysia by 2020
In view of the 2020 vision of the Malayysian government to reach Advanced Country status, healthcare, hygiene and pest control must also geared itself to rid the country of ill health brought about by poor hygiene and control of pest.
Stayfresh with the implementation of strategic business plan by internal and external growth will bring about changes in cost to make it affordable for all business and residential properties to establish their hygiene and pest control plans.
